What does the test includes?

• Scanning the microarray slide using Agilent scanner model G2565CA

• Converting information from the slide image and generation of a text file using Feature extraction software

Note: The image quality of the microarray as well as the ability to evaluate the results depends on the way the microarray is pre-stored. After the end of hybridization, it is recommended to be transported as quickly as possible to the laboratory under conditions of low ozone concentration (use of a non-ozone barrier) and no access to light.
